Review: Peripera Peri's Tint Water + Lip Swatches

Since you guys seem to like my review posts, i'm going to do another one today :D I'm a huge sucker for lip products, especially korean liptints, so continue reading to know more about one of my favourite korean tints ^_^

With this being my third review of a lip tint, I think i've proved that i'm I really love lip tints ahahaha

Product description and claims:
Lip tint from popular Korean cosmetics brand, Peripera.  
(From koreadepart:)
-Clear color long lasting tint
-Non sticky and provides same colour as seen
-Fruit extract moisturise for vital glowing lips

Volume: 6.5ml

This lip tint originally came with three colours, but later 2 new shades were added:

Scent:
As usual of Korean lip products, this tint smells delicious~ Reminds me of japanese candy, or fruit juices :P

Consistency:
As the name implies, this tint has a vert watery consistency.

Lasting Ability:
Definitely stays on for quite a while! I believe it can easily stay on for 5-7 hours, even if you drink water. If you eat, then I believe it has the potential to stay around 4hours without having to retouch. At the end of the way, there is always going to be a slight tint (might not be very noticeable) left on your lips, regardless of if you ate or not.

Packaging:

 Resembles Benefit tints, a small round cylinder, made with a plastic cap and sturdy glass bottle.
The applicator of this tint is a doe foot applicator, that is actually surprisingly spongy and soft.



Swatches:
I'm using shade N.1, Cherry Juice.

In real life it looks way less orange

Performance:
Stays on all day and doesn't seem to dry out my lips. The colour pigmentation isn't the strongest, but i'm still very pleased with how the colour turns out. It definitely isn't sticky at all, and dries semi-matte as soon as you apply it on your lips.
You can use it as a blush, but I would recommend you mixing it with a primer or a BB, as it dries very rapidly.

 Pros:
-Pretty inexpensive (get it in koreadepart for about 4 dollars, NOT sponsored BTW)
-Smells great
-Long Lasting
-Doesn't dry out lips

Cons:
-Emphasises fine lines of the lips
-Easily get on teeth
-Heavy because it's made of glass
-Because it's a water-like consistency, if you spill it then bye bye lip tint

Conclusion:
One of my favourite lip tints, and it's perfect for that korean gradient lip. Often compared to Benefit tints, which I can't comment o because I haven't tried the Benefit tints before. Definitely recommend it.

    Gorgeous! I think this looks like one of the more successful tints! I love how the gradient look can be easily achieved. Some tints its very difficult to make the gradient look with. I avoid all lip tints and stains because my lips are very dry but this looks great on you!

    ahhh watery tints like these really scare me! I always think they will go into the creases of my lips and make them look even drier. I just can't imagine the texture! This kind of hot pink suits you very well and you have pretty lips!

    I have an upcoming review on the Too Cool for School Glossy tints and they are hands down the best tint I have ever tried!

    That looks so nice! I'm really into lip tints right now so I need to get a bottle!

    I think I will like the watery texture. The Lip Tattoo I got from Skin Factory is really difficult to put on since it's got a very thick texture and dries almost like liquid latex, but the results it leaves after you peel it off are amazing.

    I always prefer korean lips tints more than brand like Benefit! They are more pigmented, long lasting and the colour pay-off is amazing!~ <3 I swatched this in my local drugstore before and I'm impressed! but I prefer CLIO Virgin Kiss Lipnicure more~ :)

    I've just bought this lip tint and I don't find it long lasting. In fact it fades with water so easily. It doesn't last on my lips not even for half an hour.
